I visited Dr Rashid in early December 2019 feeling very unwell, after testing pulse, blood oxygen, BP and heart rate she immediately wrote a letter to A and E at West Middlesex Hospital who admitted me that afternoon with pneumonia. I was there for 11 days. On my discharge I was still very weak and had lost a lot of weight so went back to Dr Rashid who sent me back to A and E for further blood tests which proved negative. She then followed up with regular phone consultations to check my progress and very slow weight gain until the end of January when she felt she was able to sign me off. This was a very worrying time for both me and my family but the regular consultations and knowing that Dr Rashid was at the end of a phone line really helped my well being and I am sure aided my recovery. I always felt that I was far more than an NHS statistic. This is how a GP should be.

Dr Rashid has been my doctor for a number of years now. I followed her from Hampton Medical Practice as she was the first doctor in my lifetime (I'm in my 50's) that actually took the tume to know me. She is an amazing GP and I feel that I can completely trust her to take care of my health. She takes the time to listen and rather than direct me she involves me in making a plan of treatment. It's a privilege to be her patient. The admin team also deserve praise as they go above and beyond to be helpful. Always very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr Rashid is the best doctor I have ever had! She listens and genuinely cares about my wellbeing and it is so refreshing to not feel rushed in appointments. I can't recommend her enough!

I want to say a big thank you to Dr Rashid firstly for taking appropriate steps in helping me diagnose my condition and secondly in providing continuous care and support with my condition especially in these critical times. Dr Rashid regularly checks how i am doing and has been a real hero. Dr Rashid has been very caring, helpful and responsive doctor. I would very very highly recommend Dr Rashid and Broadland surgery to everyone.
